1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using Cardana.vip ("Cardana," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
- If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform or services.
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Account Registration
- You must create an account to use certain features of the platform, including submitting cards for valuation and creating sell requests.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
3. Card Valuation and Offers
- Cardana provides valuations for PSA-graded trading cards based on market data, including CardLadder values and recent comparable sales.
- All valuations and offers are estimates and are subject to change based on market conditions.
- Offers made through the platform are valid for 48 hours from the time of pricing unless otherwise stated.
- Cardana reserves the right to adjust or withdraw an offer at any time prior to final payment if the card's condition, authenticity, or grade does not match what was submitted.
4. Sell Request Process
- When you create a sell request, you are agreeing to sell the specified cards to Cardana at the offered price, subject to verification upon receipt.
- After accepting an offer, you must ship your cards to Cardana within 7 days using the prepaid shipping label provided.
- Upon receipt, Cardana will inspect and verify each card. If a card matches the submission, payment will be processed.
- If a card does not match the submission (wrong card, different grade, counterfeit, or damaged), Cardana reserves the right to reject the card and adjust the payout accordingly. Rejected cards will be returned to you at your expense.
5. Shipping and Risk of Loss
- Shipping labels are purchased through our platform and are non-refundable once purchased.
- Risk of loss or damage to cards remains with you (the seller) until the package is delivered to and received by Cardana.
- You are responsible for properly packaging your cards to prevent damage during transit. Cards should be shipped in rigid cardholders or appropriate protective packaging.
- Optional shipping insurance is available at the time of label purchase. Cardana is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments that are not insured.
- Shipping labels expire 7 days after purchase. Expired labels cannot be used and a new label must be purchased.
6. Payment
- Payments for accepted cards are processed via PayPal to the email address you provide at the time of your sell request.
- Payment is issued after cards have been received, inspected, and verified by Cardana.
- You are responsible for ensuring your PayPal email is correct. Cardana is not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect email address provided by you.
- Shipping label costs are deducted from your payout unless otherwise specified.
7. Promo Codes
- Promo codes may be offered from time to time and are subject to their own terms and expiration dates.
- Promo codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated and may be limited to one use per account.
- Cardana reserves the right to void promo codes that are used fraudulently or in violation of their terms.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- You may not submit counterfeit, altered, or misrepresented cards.
- You may not use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.
- You may not attempt to manipulate valuations or exploit the platform in any way.
- Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending payments.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Cardana provides the platform and services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- Cardana is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
- Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid to you in the transaction giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco, California.
